Please read the instructions below carefully to prepare for a great customer experience.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INVITING GUESTS - PLEASE READ

1. Please note that the final guest list must be submitted 8 days before the event day.

2. Submit your request to invite a guest and complete all required fields. DO NOT EXTEND ANY INVITATIONS UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED OF APPROVAL.

3. Expect some guests will not be able to make it. Get approvals for more than the ticket allocation you have been given so you have backups.

4. Each request will route to your RSD for approval, and you will be notified via email when to proceed with invitations. Your RSD will email you directly for approval. DO NOT EXTEND ANY INVITATIONS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS APPROVAL.

5. Invite your guests. It is recommended to first discuss with the guest to gauge their interest and availability.

6. The week before the race, they will receive an email with event details such as where/when to meet, how to dress, etc.

7. Please contact your guests leading up to the event to ensure they have completed the requirements, understand instructions, and build excitement.
