Introduction

Rinnai provides a variety of exclusive assets to engage customers across our key markets. These programs are designed to provide can’t-be-bought experiences to your customers and build remarkable relationships. This site exists to help you learn about the assets, understand how to use them, provide a single place to request assets, and also provide collateral you can use to invite your customers. The top navigation and the menu below showcase what is available.

We have partnered with Sport Dimensions to maximize these programs and to facilitate requests. They can also serve as your onsite host and safety ambassador for the experiences to allow you to focus on the engagement with your guests. When you see an experience you would like, click the REQUEST ASSETS button on any page to complete a brief form stating your interest.

These assets are designed to drive business. Each request will be carefully considered to ensure proper business cases are met. Please read the instructions below carefully to prepare for a great customer experience.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INVITING GUESTS - PLEASE READ

  1. Review the available experiences in the menu below using the site’s navigation.

  2. Click REQUEST ASSETS anywhere on the site to submit your request to invite a guest and complete all required fields. DO NOT EXTEND ANY INVITATIONS UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED OF APPROVAL.

  3. Expect some guests will not be able to make it. Get approvals for more than the ticket allocation you have been given so you have backups.

  4. Each request will route to your RSD for approval, and you will be notified via email when to proceed with invitations. Your RSD will email you directly for approval. DO NOT EXTEND ANY INVITATIONS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS APPROVAL.

  5. Invite your guests. It is recommended to first discuss with the guest to gauge their interest and availability.

  6. Submit your final guest list to Sport Dimensions (info@sd.team) to secure credentials and proceed with event communications. Click here to download template.

  7. The week before the race, they will receive an email with event details such as where/when to meet, how to dress, etc.

  8. Please contact your guests leading up to the event to ensure they have completed the requirements, understand instructions and build excitement.

  9. Enjoy the race!


This definitely was a once in a lifetime experience. It made me develop an interest in this sport now. We stayed for the entirety of the race. Let Chase know it was a pleasure meeting him, and I think we can all say he has some new fans.
